Topic 2 - Profit not people?

Unfortunately, there is a minority in this country who care not about people, not about the countryside and not about other people's happiness. Usually, financial gain is their only motive, so it is up to us to stop this oligarchy before further over-development takes place.

Having worked in many countries throughout Europe, I have seen the effect first-hand that development has not only the coastline, but on the locals who live there. We must act now or become embittered by the people who want to change our lives forever.
